from what i been reading they are now saying that every body is different and you want to drink enough water so your pee is clear. that means that everything is getting fitter properly. like for me 9 cups isn't enough. but im like hold water like crazy too.
You're absolutely right! These are just basic guidelines. The amount of water you should be getting is based on your height, weight, gender, location, medical history and a multitude of other factors. There are several calculators out there with a quick Google search. :)
